San Ramon Homes for Sale - Good Value or Not. Even though I believe this home to be a good value (deal), it really only matters what a buyer believes. I am surprised this home has not sold as of today.
This a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for sale in San Ramon Country View subdivision listed at $590,000 with an estimated market value per the comps at $675K to $700K. Country View has a very low turnover. There are 180 homes in the subdivision and on average maybe 5 sales per year.
