Okay, so you did it! You finally started your new group. Or you've been just be delegated authority as a group Moderator. So what do do next? Start featuring blog posts!

Your group can have up to 5 featured posts at a time. To feature a post, simply click on the white "star" on the left side of the post, and it will turn yellow. Click the group link at the top of the page to refresh it and see the featured posts at the top. To remove a post from a feature, just click the yellow star and it turns back to white.

Featuring blog posts in groups:

Go into the group every couple of days and select new feature posts. Comment on as many posts as you can, and thank them for posting on your group. With the 5 posts you feature, when writing their comments, at the bottom write "This blog post is now featured at <group name>" with the link to the group. AR members really appreciate knowing they've been featured. It generates more activity and excitement for your group!

Go ahead & feature your own blogs! Remember you are providing a service by sharing important info. Rotate the featured posts every few days, and you'll see that everyone will have the opportunity to be featured.
