With mounting unemployment and job losses, with soaring State and Federal budget deficits, with North Korea firing off multiple rockets and freedom protestors being put to death on the streets of Iran - and adding to these, whatever challenges each of us might have at a personal level that no one else knows about - with all of these things going on, and in the midst of them, there's still much to celebrate this Independence Day weekend. America is the land of the free and home of the brave. There has never been a better place to live, raise your kids, pursue your dreams and hope for the future. Right? And so to get you started this holiday weekend in the spirit of things, I've got a Tribute to America video for you to watch below set to a guitar instrumental. It offers a panorama of American history from the founding fathers to today. We are truly standing on the shoulders of giants in the great ol' US of A. The cost of Homes in Sonora CA moved this week.
The average price for a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath, 2 car garage dropped to
$257,685.
Currently Sonora CA Real Estate*
has an average market time of 180 days.
If we take a look at the total picture and include Real Estate in Sonora
CA of all shapes and sizes, inventory fell this week to 79 with
median asking price of $339,000 and an average time of 148 days on the
market.
When compared to the rest of the Northern Tuolumne County there are
486 homes for sale with a median asking price of $317,000 and an
average of 144 days on the market.
