The community has no ammenities, but most of the homeowners have installed beautiful landscaping in their front yards, so it feels like a tropical oasis as you drive through the community! The tax rate is about 1.5% blended (estimated) with the base rate and Mello Roos, there also is a $65 (estimated) monthly HOA dues fee which helps ensure the community is well kept up.

Overall, Promenade, Circa 1999, is a beautiful small community located in North Temecula. There is one home currently listed for sale in Promenade, it is the largest model, pretty basic inside, with a small pool, and it is listed at $397,000. The MLS # is M10075823. There are no pending sales, and in the past year, there have been 5 sold homes in this neighborhood, from $305,000 to $405,000.
