There will be a community garage sale planned for Friday, October 15th, 2010, beginning at 7am, per the Roripaugh Hills Newsletter. Signs will be posted at the main entries to the community for an all day event. Since the beginning of the year, the Board of Directors has approved much need projects for the common areas. The stucco wall along N. general Kearney was re-stuccoed. The lower pool patio & entry covers were approved for full replacement with an alumawood product, that looks great! They also authorized the spa to be re-plastered! The board is GREAT in this community, they handle issues as they come up, and they take their job seriously! This is very rare to see these days in large communities! I have seen several throughout Temecula with deferred maintenance and a lack of pride of ownership, but this is most certainly NOT the case in Roripaugh Hills!
