Right about the time I made my decision to join in the 30-day challenge, posting one blog a day for 30 days, I changed brokers - something I didn't think I would do in the forseeable future. I find the real estate business has a way of changing people's lives in an instant. Sort of like when there were whispers of the housing bubble but no one actually did anything about it, just coasted lazily down the river doin' the same ol' same ol'. Until rocks and rapids appeared out of nowhere, then it became, Holding on For the Ride of Your Life is Perfectly Normal, by Gary Woltal.

Here's the view out of my office window. Yes, I have an office all to myself where I can lock the door, and it has a view.

The best part is In N Out is right down the street. If you've been to or live in California or Nevada you'll know what I'm talking about. Simple food, but good and at a fair price. Reno Real Estate writes What In N Out Burger taught me about the real estate business.

Here's the local In N Out. I usually order the cheeseburger combo with extra tomato and grilled onions. I love it but my waistline doesn't.

Temecula Creek Village has many shops and businesses. I may be able to find just about anything I might need here.

I might have to check out that Thai Grill. I think it's calling me.

I love the architecture, it is reminiscent of mid-20th century. On Brockton Ave. in Riverside, there's a much-loved shopping plaza built in the 1950's that this reminds me of.

Here's my new office at one end of Temecula Creek Village. This building was built approximately 5 years ago.

REALTY EXECUTIVES is currently hiring motivated real estate agents. I just got back from a convention in Anaheim, and my impression of REALTY EXECUTIVES, an international real estate company, is that it is on the cutting edge of technology. I can't divulge trade secrets, but their marketing/technology department is one step ahead.
