Regardless of what the media is saying homes are selling in Tahoe Donner a subdivision in Truckee Ca. Tahoe Donner has approx. 5,000 vacation and luxury homes in it's subdivision. Since Jan. 08 34 homes have sold with an average of 134 homes listed to be sold, that a good number. Today there are 17 homes pending, another good number. The biggest number I think is important is that the average price per sq/ft for sold properties is $358.00 per sq/ft. That is fairly high.
