I was at the Upland Home Depot the other day and noticed these fine looking chairs

in the Garden Section. Who knew they came in all these colors???

They are perfect to add that little decorator touch to your outdoor space.

What a great way to feed the appetite and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere in our own beautiful community of Upland, CA. "The Heights", is the newest addition of choices for dining in our local area. With so much growth to Upland in the past 10 years, this restaurant was certainly much needed and welcomed by the locals.

The restaurant offers a menu with so many selections to please the palate. One of my favorites on the menu, "The Waldorf Salad". A great selection for lunch or dinner! A great side or appetizer...

A great selection on the Wine List and the most decadent Desserts!

Well, let me see if any of us has a crystal ball...Is there a crystal ball or two in the room?

How many times have I heard we are at the bottom of the market in California...and then, I have this funny feeling that things are not at the bottom yet...or that we can expect the unexpected almost....anyone else feeling the same?

When asked if we're at the bottom, what do we say? I was asked that very same question tonight while on a listing appointment with new clients and I felt kind of relieved that they believed and agreed with my response.

What do you tell people who ask you this? Especially if you're in Southern California...but even if you're not, feel free to respond.
