Within the last 5 days we have received 19 new listings in Valencia. I'm hoping this will be the start of much more homes in Valencia to come. Santa Clarita as a whole needs inventory so badly. We currently are at a 3 month supply of homes available. With the tax credit having buyers to be under contract by April and closed by June, homes are being gobbled up as fast as they hit the market.
