The Real Estate market is alive and well in Victorville California. Homes are selling very fast.
Last week, two homes came on the market matching the criteria of a buyer I have been working with for three weeks. The first one came on the market on the 18th. Before the buyer could meet with me to see it, it was sold on the 20th. Only two days on the market. On that same day, another home they had their eye on came on the market. This one was bank owned and had the typical bank postings in the windows and a for sale sign in the yard, but was not listed yet. This home was in the Eagle Ranch neighborhood. They had previously asked me about this home because it was in a neighborhood they really liked. On the 20th, It was listed, and we were there within hours of the listing hiting the MLS. They really liked it and were determined not to miss this one. We submitted an offer within two hours of seeing the property. As it turns out, we got our offer submitted in time to be considered, but a higher offer took the property. This one was gone within one day on the market. The point is, homes are selling fast in Victorville California.

750 sounds great and we not definently would treat the house as our own, you don't have to worry about that.
It would be me, my husband and my 4 yr old daughter. My parents live on the next block over where we have lived for 8 yrs. I would love to stay in the area.
Question is, the windows that have been broken and are now boarded up, will those be fixed?

Please if you see an ad with no phone number and with a price to good to be true, craigslist scams in the real estate rental are very common.
This property could be rent for $1000 to $1300 and not for $750 per month
Fortunately they called me after receiving my email with the real information, but how many people fall for this??

I was on the phone talking to the person lucking for the rental and advice her to call a local rental management, is safe and 99% of the time ends with a good ending
I don't do rentals so I gave her the number of our agent who does rentals.
If you are looking for a rental please meet the owner or their representative in person and please ask if the property is for sale as a short sale or if is on is way to foreclosure, because that is another scam that is been getting popular
