My trip to Thailand was successful!

I do travel to Thailand at least once a year for business and vacation!

I did help one buyer buy a condo Pattaya Thailand right on the ocean the Gulf of Thailand! We did closed this deal the buyer is very happy, now she can retire in peace in Thailand!

I do love the people of Thailand and I love the Thai spicy foods!

Thailand is often called the "land of smiles", and rightly so because you will see more smiling people here than anywhere else in the world, and believe me I do travel around a lot's!

The Kingdom of Thailand has a population of about 67 million plus, with some 9 million of living in the Bangkok area alone!

Faster Car on the Road more Than 200 MPH!

According to Road and Track Magazine whether you're behind the wheel of an outrageous sports car this holiday season or, like most of us, find yourself sprinting to find the shortest check-out aisle, chances are good you'll come to appreciate the importance of having the quickest top speed. Like little kids drawn to a toy store's display window, car enthusiasts of all ages are always drawn to the sparkling sheet metal and snarling engines of the world's fastest cars!

Here are the following lists; the champion is!

2011 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport - 268 mph

2011 Ferrari 599 GTO - 208 mph

2011 Porsche 911 GT2 RS - 205 mph

2011 Corvette ZR1 - 205 mph

2011 Bentley Continental Super sports - 204mph

2011 Lexus LFA - 202 mph

I do not think we have road for these fast cars here in the USA; maybe the super charge Germany autobahn is more suited for fast cars then our highway!

I think we need to have something like the autobahn here in America!

My Kodak Moment ~ Dancing and Kissing time!

When Active Rain announced the Active Rain & Kodak Contest: Everyone Has Had a Kodak Moment

I was very excited, because I do have lots of Kodak Moments!

First of all I'm a Kodak Cameras collector! I do possess a collection of more than 100 Kodak Cameras! my oldest camera is a 1903 8X10 Wooden box Camera No9A Century Studio Camera made by Eastman Kodak Co. Folmer & Schwing Department Rochester New York.

I use to use this camera for old time photography studio which was located in the old Cinderella City Shopping Center in Englewood, Colorado, Cinder Alley! I used this camera in the Denver Stock show for about 15 years also; I still have the camera and all the props for cow boys and Indian, saloon girls, confederate and union, the roaring twenty etc!

I do own collections of Kodak cameras from the turn of the last century to the GI cameras World War one camera and World War two cameras to everything in between. My newest Kodak Cameras are Easy Share Z1015 IS. And Easy Share M341

I do have a lot's of Kodak moments to shares with the Active Rain community, but unfortunately the wife and I are divorcing, that's very sad, but life goes on, and all my pictures are in the storage!

But any way I would shares the following Kodak moments with you all!

The above Kodak Moments for my dog Brownie Female and Goliath is a male which is the neighbor dog! Every day in the morning the next door neighbor dog goliath comes over to visit his girlfriend Brownie to our front door and start knocking the door with his paw, woofing and crying just as a kid whose look for his girlfriend!

I open the door and let Brownie out; the two dogs start greetings and smelling each other and start playing and jumping and having fun for many hours! They rolled in the dirt's chasing the rabbit, playing tags and marking their territories all over the land mark etc.

31 Days of December Challenge Day 14.

Day 14^th I drove to work made some Coffee, after that, I did make my usual 25 calls from my data base to generate leads!

Wrote an offer on behave of my buyer, travel to buyer office explain the offer, buyer sighed the offer and made a $10k earnest money check, buyer lender faxed me a pre-approval letter. I did submit the offer to the seller agent; I'm keeping my finger cross!

In the afternoon I did meet with an Indonesians client, she did not have the credit to buy right now, I think I can help her establish some credit, and within 3 to 4 months, she should be able to buy the American dream!
