The Briargate area of Colorado Springs includes the Charleston Place subdivision which was built in the late 90’s. The 400+ houses are in an ideal location, close to highly acclaimed District 20 schools, shopping and both major Colorado Springs roads, I-25 and Powers Blvd.

Charleston Place is a Briargate neighborhood where homes generally hold their value fairly well. It is located to the S/E of Union and Research, and can be easily identified by the light brick wall wrought iron posts and horse & carriage emblems on the corners and entrances to the neighborhood.
Homes in Charleston Place start in the upper $200k’s for a 2,500 sf home in the southern part of the neighborhood and can go up to just under $400k for about 4,000 sf. The “typical” Charleston Place home has 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms and sits on a lot with beautiful Pikes Peak views.

Charleston Place is a Colorado Springs Neighborhood in the Briargate area that was built in the late-1990's to about 2001 and most homes offer spanning front range and Pikes Peak views.
