Gleneagle is a popular Colorado Springs real estate community built around a championship golf course that was designed by Frank Hummel. The GlenEagle housing market continues to be a NEUTRAL Market, as there is currently a 3 month of supply of homes on the market. A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET". Sales units were up 71% from 2010 to 2009, but pricing was down 5% from 2010 to 2009. Adverage days on markets decresed from 101 in 2009 to 92 in 2010.
