Foreclosures are a very interesting sector of our market here in Colorado Springs. I've shown some that previous residents have stripped to the bones including removing plumbing, appliances, cabinets, doors, carpet, toilets, fireplace inserts, and even faceplates. Makes you wonder what the resale value is on a 69 cent faceplate but such is found here in the Springs.
However, today I'm holding an open house at one of the best deals in Colorado Springsand right here in Indigo Ranch. Curb appeal greets you from the street and the front patio welcomes you home; nothing here that says "I'm a neglected property." Just inside, the foyer is warm and inviting with 2 skylights above, access to the two car garage, entrance to the clean spacious great room with a wood burning fireplace and walk out to the fully fenced backyard with views of the Peak. The kitchen can certainly meet the expectations of any buyer with a nook for that favorite bistro table, large pantry, tons of counter space, a bonus desk niche, and hard wood floors.
