The Wagon Trails housing market continues to be a BUYERS Market, as there is currently a 5.4 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".     Sales units increased 20% in 2010 from 2009, and pricing has remained consistent. 

Single Family Homes in Wagon Trails were primarily built from 2000 to 2003 with an average age built of 2002.  The majority of the houses are 2-stories and ranches, with 3 baths, with 2-3 car garages.  The average home has appx. 2000 to 3000 square footage. 

The area is bounded by bounded by Woodmen Rd. on the North, Powers Blvd. on the East, Dublin Blvd. on the South and Austin Bluffs Pkwy. the West.

The Northwind housing market continues to be a NEUTRAL Market, as there is currently a 5 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales units were down 8% from 2009 to 2008, but pricing was down 8% from 2009 to 2008.    Pricing is continuing to see an increase in 2010.

Single Family Homes in Northwind were primarily built from 1966 to 1984 with an average age built of 1974.   The majority of the houses are 2-stories, ranches, tri-levels, with 2-3 baths, with 2 car garages.  The average home has appx. 1600 to 2600 square footage. 

The area is North of Vickers, South of Dublin, West of Rangewood, East of Union.

There are several parks in the area; and Cottonwood Park is very close.   The school District is District 11, and the majority of students go to Jenkins Junior High and Cornonado High School.
