Homes in Colorado Springs NORTHEAST area continue to be a NEUTRAL Market, as there is currently a 4.5 months of supply of homes on the market. A 6 month supply of houses on the market is typically considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".

• Number of Homes in NORTHEAST area in Colorado Springs sold are down 4% less than in 2008, but are down substantially from 2004 , when 1252 homes were sold.
• Average pricing continues to see downward pressure, currently down 4 from 2009 to 2008. 2009 pricing is down 8% from the high in 2006.

Vista Mesa is located off of Vickers and is located between Rangewood and Flintridge across from Martinez Elementary School (School District-11) in the Northeast area of Colorado Springs.  Vista Mesa sits below the Dakota Ridge subdivision of Colorado Springs and there is a ridge behind this neighborhood that offers walking/hiking trails with awesome views of the city.    

Many of the homes in this subdivision are 2-story, tri-level, and ranch style homes that were built from the mid to late 1990's.  Harmony, Saddletree, Integrity, Allure, and Ashcroft Homes were among the builders with Classic homes being the most predominate in this Colorado Springs Subdivision    

Cottonwood Park is also within walking distance of this neighborhood.  This park has baseball diamonds, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and recreation center available to everyone.  Kids love the wave pool, lazy river, and waterslide inside the recreation center.
