I think the spa sounds good "Again" Have you ever had that feeling where life seemed like a unbalanced daily
routine? where coming home from a long day of work isn't good enough? Well There is a solution! Trust me you will be counting every second in excitement just to get home. Imagine a state of the art gym totalling over 4 million dollars in production. Working out is no longer a task but like spending a day at the spa... Yes Anthem has it all... For those of you that are first time home buyers looking to make a great financial investment in a great affordable community look no further a home in Anthem. Many buyers nowadays are attracted to suburbs adjacent to the mountains or better known as golf course communities; but as we all know having a life style with those amenities can get pricey and a bit expensive for those that are looking for a comfortable yet affordable lifestyle. As a consumer I found that there are hidden communities that are on a "up - and rise" with many if not all amenities that we look for today's life style. Homes in Anthem not only deliver the comfortable life style but it gives much more for a bargain of a cost compared to its surrounding cities. Now the next big concern is commuting: When commuting wither that be to Boulder or to Denver homes in Anthem sit in a prime location where commute is not a hassle but enjoyable. There is many easy access points to any destination which makes it easy for those who have to commute to all sides of town. Bottom line is that Homes in Anthem are the better way to go for those that are looking for value, amenties, and a good financial investment. Being a real estate professional for some time I can always answer any questions you may have. if you have any questions about Homes in Anthem or would like to go to tour this community feel free to register on our site @ Yourdenverhomesearch.com

Have you noticed more home-buyers going through the Island in the Broadlands? Located in north central Broomfield, CO, the Island in the Broadlands has several luxury homes for sale, and the activity is picking up.
The first thing you notice when you come into the Island in the Broadlands via the west gates, is the Copper West Colorado lot “under contract” on your right. This is a lovely golf course lot that will have great views down the number 2 fairway, and should have a view of Pikes Peak to the south. The lucky new owners are only a few steps from having a wonderful view of many of the fireworks shows on the 4th of July, as well as a picturesque sunset every evening.
The homes for sale in the Island in the Broadlands range from $549,000 to $950,000, and are located on interior lots or lots on the golf course, so you have a wide choice of homes from which to pick. These homes are just a 10 minute commute to the Flatirons Mall and the soon-to-be Conoco-Philips complex, and even less time to the recently opened Orchard Mall on 144th (Dillon) and I-25.
Most of the homes for sale in the Island in the Broadlands are resale homes, but there is one home in here (pictured above) that has never been lived in. There is even one home that is entertaining the thought of renting, and one of our newest neighbors is currently renting in the Island in the Broadlands until next year.
If you are interested in exploring this secluded community in Broomfield, drop me a line me at doug@getdenverhomes.com or give me a shout at 303 330-1098, and I would be happy to show you the homes available in the Island in the Broadlands.
