15 Condominiums and townhouses were sold and closed in Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte during the first quarter of 2009 for a total dollar volume of $6,056,307.

The ski mountain has closed for the season and Spring is here, in spite of weather warning of more snow, right now the sun is shining high up in a blue, blue sky. • One in CB South, at 733 Zeligman, .31 acre, sale price $60,000 was a steal at 38% of asking, cash
• Lot E4 at Prospect on Mt Crested Butte. Just under one acre, ski-in/ski-out. At 74% of asking, also a great deal. Cash also.
