With a the new housing going up in Stapleton we know people are buying Real Estate, but how is the re-sale market doing? According to information from the local MLS, in the last 30 days detached and attached homes are doing well. Records show 26 residential homes sold in the last 30 days at an average sales price of $487,854. That is an average of $219 per square foot. Townhomes, condos and attached homes are explosive. Average sales price for the last 30 days is $341,770 and 66 sold! Wow! The value is strong at $218 per square foot. With the active lifestyle, town center, parks and commuter convienence this neighborhood has to offer, consideration should be made towards positive when shopping for a home here!

I've had several clients interested in the Stapleton area of Denver. All of the builders have done a really great job of urban planning and building to preserve a real sense of community. Last Sunday (3/31/08) I had a chance to take a look at some the KB Homes by Martha Stewart. These really look nice and my clients have really had good luck with this builder. I snapped some pictures for anyone interested in how they look inside and out. Base prices right now are between 319k and 379k with most buyers planning approx. 20% additional for upgrades.
