Yeah, it’s in good condition, it’s clean, on a Cul-de-sac, built in 2001, has 30 year shingles, and a 3 car garage! But I’m not sure if they are going to get $174,000 for it? There’s also something about this floor plan that I just don’t like.There’s over 1,900 sq ft but it seems like very little privacy.
