Our team will be listing a fantastic 2 bedroom, ground floor home in Windmill Creek Condos tomorrow. In our preparation, we pulled the neighborhood statistics for the past 12 months and thought we would share them here.

We have sold a great many Englewood condos in Windmill Creek over the years. Our team has gotten to know the community very well and I highly recommend it every time a buyer is looking in the area.

The HOAs are very low (under $150 a month) and the amenities that the community provides are extensive. These 16 buildings share a clubhouse, pool, hot tub, office center, workout room and a sand volleyball pit.
