The Meridan Ranch housing market continues to be a BUYERS Market, as there is currently a 11 month of supply of homes on the market. A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET". Sales units were down 22% from 2009 to 2008, and pricing was down 8% from 2009 to 2008. Sales have continued to increase for 2010, but pricing has continued to decrease.
