January Property sales were 115, down 6.5% from 123 in January of 2011 and 35.8% lower than the 179 sales last month. January 2012 sales were at a mid level compared to January of 2011 and 2010. January year-to-date sales of 115 are running 6.5% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 123.

Fort Collins CO February 2012 Real Estate Prices

The Median Sales Price in January was $203,925, down 11.3% from $230,000 in January of 2011 and down 4.7% from $214,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in January was $228,975, down 9.9% from $254,263 in January of 2011 and down 9.8% from $253,971 last month. January 2012 Average Sales Price was at the lowest level compared to January of 2011 and 2010.
