About Fort Collins' Golden Meadows

The median home price in Fort Collins is about $235,000. That will get you into a 3 bedroom home pretty easy. You can even find a 4 bedroom home or 5 bedroom home in Fort Collins for about that. A ranch floor plan too! I am a very big fan of the $200,000 to $300,000 price range. Nothing sells better in Fort Collins than a home in that range. I'd even open that up a little to include homes in the $150,000 to $350,000 price point. These are the residential homes I love to sell! In Fort Collins, there are almost 200 neighborhoods and I've taken the time to locate the best selling neighborhoods. In fact, I've got a list of the Top 40 best selling neighborhoods in Fort Collins sitting in front of me right now. I bet you'd love to take a peek wouldn't you?! Obviously there are other great benefits to owning one of these homes. We'll discuss them in each blog installment. I'd like to talk about one of those neighborhoods right now and tell you a little more about it.

Today's Great Neighborhood in Fort Collins: Golden Meadows

This neighborhood is different from the ones I've been posting thus far. But one thing is the same. This neighborhood is one of the best selling neighborhoods in Fort Collins. Right now there are only 3 active listings in Golden Meadows ranging $270,000 to $319,000. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, or even 5 bedroom home for sale in Fort Collins, I highly recommend a home for sale in Golden Meadows. This neighborhood is a sure bet for a slightly newer home with excellent location south of mid town and close to The Harmony Corridor! Close to golfing. It is in the Kruse, Boltz, Fort Collins High school district. Over the years, 77% of the homes that list in Golden Meadows end up selling and for an average price of only $273,000. If you're selling in Golden Meadows you can expect to spend less than 3 months on the market and get 98% of asking price if you price it right.
