Here is our take on this month's Observatory Village Real Estate Market Report: The Observatory Village Community continues to shine as one of the strongest sales markets in Fort Collins for new or ‘newer’ (post 2004) single family homes. It boasts well-appointed amenities that include pools, a great trail system and multiple parks. As we expected, Observatory Village performed well last year and has continued into this year with steady growth across both Sales Prices and Number of Homes Sold.
