Lil Ricci’s New York Pizza Opens in Greenwood Village, Colorado
Looking for a great slice of pizza with that New York taste? Lil Ricci’s has one of the best pizzas I have ever had.

For years, Lil Ricci’s was located at Tamarac Square in Denver. Recently, the owners of Tamarac Square vacated everyone from the center. They are going to bulldoze the Square and build a new complex in its place.
Thankfully, Lil Ricci’s found a new place to open up shop in Greenwood Village. Stop by and visit the new location at 5322 DTC Blvd. in the Denver Tech Center. This is a great new location and so much more convenient for me since it is 5 minutes away. I love the setup of the new place. The same award winning calzones and pizza are being baked not to mention their wonderful garlic knots.

If you are in the area, stop by and welcome Lil Ricci’s to the neighborhood and tell the owner, Cheryl Heinisch hello for me! Or call ahead and order your pizza so it is ready when you arrive 303-337-6591.

I work at the best Metro Brokers Offices in the State, Metro Brokers Marina Square. Our office has 115 highly energized agents who consider real estate their career and not just a hobby.
Our managing broker, Joe Bingham, knows how to run a motivating, informational office with a positive environment. He has a weekly marketing meeting to keep us informed about the market, and he brings in a guest speaker. He hosts a monthly birthday luncheon with great food and desserts.
We also have a yearly retreat for 2 days and he brings in 3 guest motivational speakers to help us keep our head in the game. Did I mention there are lots of great prizes at the retreat?
AND then on Monday Night, Joe rented a SUITE AT THE PEPSI CENTER TO SEE THE DENVER NUGGETS, mid court with food and beer and wine. What can we say, but Thank You Joe. You are great!
Here are a few pictures from the basketball game that I took with my Blackberry.

Here is some January homes sales data for you.
I've taken the statistical real estate data by zip code for many of the south metro Denver areas for the month of January 2011. It seems to be a mixed bag, but ultimately about a split between areas that have a higher amount of inventory and those that are a bit more balanced.
Many of the zip codes with larger levels of inventory tend to also have homes with higher values. That segment of the Denver area real estate market is still slow. There are a couple areas that simply don't have that may homes available in the first place and tend to be slower in general. However, many of the zip codes have balanced inventory and in some cases, a seller's market. Good news for sellers.
These zip codes cover some in the south Denver metro area - such as Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Parker, Lone Tree, Englewood, Centennial, Greenwood Village.
Find your own zip code and see how you're doing. Of course, real estate is always very local and inventory levels and values in your neighborhood may be different. If you want to know more about your own neighborhood, please contact me and I would love to help.
