Windemere - Greenwood village

Windemere is a gated community in Greenwood Village, CO. Homebuilder DR Horton offers gorgeous townhomes, complete with 2-car attached garages, lofts, basements, and fenced back yards with patios for outdoor entertainment! A community pool, clubhouse, sports court, and neighborhood park are among the many amenities offered at this community. Home prices start in the high $200s. Cherry Creek School District.

The Koelbel Public Library in Greenwood Village is part of the Arapahoe County library system and you are welcome to use any of the county's libraries. The Koelbel Public Library is located at the corner of E. Orchard Rd and S. Holly St in Greenwood Village.

The library has extensive collection of books and a fabulous children's room and excellent book selection. The library has a WIFI connection for those you need to work on your laptops. You will also find a coffee shop, a bookstore with a selection of used books, and meeting rooms. A number of events and classes are held at the library throughout the year, including popular children's story times.
