Highlands Ranch Foreclosures ~ Price Range
Foreclosures in Highlands Ranch sold from $147,000 to $900,000. The sold prices used here are net sold prices. Five of the lowest sold prices were all homes with 2 bedrooms and under 1310 square feet.
These smaller houses stayed longer on the market - 111 days - than the bank owned houses in other price points. The average days on the market of all sold bank owned homes was 36.
20 of the lowest sold price homes had under 2000 square feet.
30 of the lowest all had under 2074 square feet. All of these 30 houses sold for under $240,000.
54% of sold prices fell between $250,000 and $300,000.
Two foreclosures in Highlands Ranch sold for over $600,000. One of them was located in the Highwoods gated community and the other in the Highlands Ranch Golf Club. These two were also the highest price per square foot bank owned houses.
