Keystone Winter Bluegrass and Beer Festival – Keystone Colorado

Keystone Resort is putting on the Keystone Winter Bluegrass and Beer Festival starting on Thursday February 2nd through Saturday February 4th at Warren Station presented by The Dercum Cener for Arts and Humanities.

Ready for some exceptional bluegrass music and mouth-watering brews? The festivities begin on Thursday with Willy Porter and The Mealies and theCarpe Diem String Quartet. Friday’s

lineup features The Mossgatherers, The Pine Beetles and The Haunted Windchimes. Saturday’s finale includes solid duo of bluegrass bands including Finnders and Youngberg and Steel Pennies. Each night the doors open at 7:00pm and the show starts at 7:30pm.

Tickets are available in advance with a 3 day festival pass for $30.00 (only available until Thursday evening) and each indivual show at $12.00 per ticket. Lodging and ticket packages are available through Keystone Resort.

New Years Eve Celebrations in Keystone Colorado - Keystone CO Real Estate

The New Years Eve Celebrations in Keystone Coloradothis year are sure to be a great way to ring in 2012. Festivities start at the Lakeside Village Keystone Ice Rinkfrom 5-10pm where family and friends can ice skate on North America’s Largest maintained outdoor ice rink. For adults there will be champagne ice bars and for the kids in all of us Keystone has smores kits to toast marshmallows around the fireplaces. At 8pm look high in the ski for a beautiful firework display over the Keystone Ice Rink. From 9pm – 1am the Tenderfoot Lounge in the Lodge & Spa at Keystone will have live music as well.

If you are spending your New Years Eve in Keystone Colorado in River Run there is plenty of fun to be had as well. Starting at 6pm River Run in Keystone Colorado will light off their firework show over Dercum Mountain. This impressive display will be followed by a Torchlight Parade down the Keystone Ski Areaslopes. Warren Station in Keystone is the place to be for live music as Missed the Boat will go on at 9:30pm followed by the very popular Head for the Hills at 10:45pm. Doors open at 8:30pm, tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
