About Keystone's Pines

The Pines at Keystone Condo is an excellent location in a treed, private setting with views of the Snake River, Keystone River golf course, forest and mountains. These condos were built in 1978 and 1979 and have held up very well. There is a common clubhouse which features an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Many of these homes feature loft living areas which maximize the living square footage. The Pines offers easy access to the slopes, shuttle and golf. Pets are allowed. The bike path is just behind the complex which provides easy access to the rest of Keystone Resort, Lake Dillon and the Town of Dillon. Cable TV, snow removal, trash pick up, common area maintenance and common taxes and firewood are included in the monthly homeowner's association dues.

The grounds of the Pines at Keystone condo are very spacious and border the golf course and Snake River. Surrounding areas include the Homestead and Lodgepole, Saw Whiskers, Starfire Townhomes, Northstar Townhomes, Soda Springs and Keystone Ranch. Just a short stroll to the stables and golf.
