This weekend Jan. 17 11am to 1pm we had a good turnout for the Investor Tag Along! Thanks to all who attended.

Started setting cabinets this weekend, uppers are in and base should be complete tomorrow. Ordered a nice appliance package from Lowes: Frigidaire Gas Range, 21 CF Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Microwave oven. Saturday delivery, $1900, Lowe's likes to deal!

Louisville, CO, January 16,2009 - Rob Kelly of RE/MAX Alliance of Louisville and David J. Robbins of Golden Lenders will be hosting a Foreclosure Bus Tour on Saturday, February 7, 2009. This Foreclosure Bus Tour will provide investors, first time home buyers and others the best opportunity to invest in the current market. The tour will showcase some of the best bank owned properties in the Denver Metro area. It is open to the public. Participants will have an opportunity to view 6-8 homes. The tour is a 3 hour "Rolling Classroom" that offers education and plenty of time for questions of their Licensed Realtor (Rob Kelly), Certified Home Inspector (Evan J. Hughes) and Licensed Mortgage Broker (DJ Robbins). In addition, an Attorney (Kurt Hofgard) will be available for questions regarding LLC's, Wills and Trusts.

We are about 85% complete on our Northglenn, Co fix and Flip project. We are now officially behind schedule...probably about 1 week. Budget is under control and quality is very good, so we'll take one for the team on schedule.

• Front porch railing installed

BR Floors sanded, filled, 2x coats of poly. Better then new! These floors were installed in 1962, 4 years older then me!
