Loveland's Promenade Shops, one of Northern Colorado's largest shopping centers, went back to the bank after receiving no bids at auction Wednesday morning. KeyBank National Association (via CLC REO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and assignee of KeyBank) purchased the property for just under $85 million with an outstanding deficiency amount of $32 million owned from the developers, Centerra Lifestyle Center LLC.
For now the mall will remain open and conduct 'business as usual' so shoppers should hopefully not be concerned about any potential closures. The Promenade will still provide a great place to enjoy a great movie or hit the latest sale at The Gap.
