King's Deer's price point fits squarely into the Jumbo Money dead zone. So buyers have been few and far between, that's the bad news. The good news is that King's Deer has always been a cyclical area. King's Deer has historically sold well when it feels like a value when compared to the rest of the Tri-Lakes area.
Inflated land prices in the latter years of the development teams reign are going to make it difficult for newer homes to be priced at what seems like a reasonable number but older homes, the ones that rode the wave of appreciation should have more success in the market, as long as they price realistically and market aggressively.
