Challenger Park Estates has an ideal location in the Town of Parker Colorado with many of the homes having direct access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path. However, there is one concern all buyers have when moving into this neighborhood... No Pool.

Parks and bike paths are located within the neighborhood howeve there is no pool. The neighborhood is ideally located against the Cherry Creek Bike Path for quick and easy access.
