Challenger Park Estates is a newer neighborhood in Parker Colorado. Real Estate in this Parker neighborhood sales ina price range of $250,000 to over $500,000 though it has been sometime since a home in this neighborhood has sold for over $500,000.

Challenger Park Estates has an ideal location in the Town of Parker Colorado with many of the homes having direct access to the Cherry Creek Bike Path. However, there is one concern all buyers have when moving into this neighborhood... No Pool.

Challenger Park Estates is located on the East side of Jordan Road in Parker, Colorado. There is an active HOA and thee are covenants and restrictions for this neighborhood. Parks and bike paths are located within the neighborhood howeve there is no pool. The neighborhood is ideally located against the Cherry Creek Bike Path for quick and easy access.
