Angler Mountain Ranch, Silverthorne, Colorado. Silverthorne Town Council approved final plans for the first phase of the new high-end development August 22, 2007. The project's architect, Bobby Craig, of Arapahoe Architects says that the first phase will consist of 13 duplexes, approximately 2,400 square feet each featuring natural materials such as rock and timber. They will be split between three ranch-style buildings with covered proches and pitched roofs.

The overall PUD allows for:

148 multi-family units, 62 single family home sites, 30 cabin-style homes, 92 acres of open space, public trailhead leading up to Ptarmigan Trail and a private fishing lake.

The land, formerly known as Clark Ranch, is located off Highway 9 at the end of Bald Eagle Road behind the Ponds at Blue River. Surrounding areas include Hamilton Creek, Three Peaks, Eagles Nest and Blue River Run.
