Not much is selling and there are a handful of distressed properties around. We have to price it in the lower end of the range to get noticed. They did. We did. Under contract in 3 weeks. This Fish Creek Fall area home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage. Nothing too special about this home but it does have great views of Steamboat Springs and it's move in ready. The main floor features and great open floor plan that allows for wonderful natural light to stream in all day long. The home has character and might need a little updating but we priced it right and it went under contract in less than 3 weeks.
