Good news on the gondola being built to carry folks from the Wildhorse property up to the base area. The towers are in place and looking cool. Also, as I reported last week FirstTracks is one of the more affordable new properties you can get into right now. Tons of amenities, pets allowed and super close to the base area.

Bear Lodge, the newest and most luxurious building at Trappeurs Crossing, is completed and ready for ski season occupancy. Last month, 8 units closed for an average price of $1,162,075. Several are still available for purchase.

Bear Lodge and Emerald Lodge (which was completed about a year ago) may represent some of the best values for new construction in Steamboat.
