If you or clients are looking for new furniture, this auction is for you! The furniture was donated by a Beaver Creek, Colorado homeowner and Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate client.

ALL BRAND NEW FURNITURE, ACCESSORIES, BEDDING, DISHES, ART AND MORE!

You will be able to purchase these items at a fraction of the retail cost!

The Basics:

When: Tuesday August, 2^nd from 2pm – 6pm

Where: Donovan Pavilion in West Vail

Why: To benefit the following local charities – The Youth Foundation, Samaritan Center and Mountains of Love

Important Items to Know:

Silent Auction is 2pm – 4pm (BIDDING CLOSES AT 4PM)

Live Auction starts at 4:00pm

We will accept cash, checks, Mastercard, or VISA. Checks made out to SSF.

Delivery options available onsite at the BIDDERS COST.

Delivery or shipping arrangements for future dates can be made onsite with Alliance Moving Systems at BIDDERS COST.

15 closings in the last six months in West Vail. Two closings on Shasta Place in the last couple of weeks. A new single family home closed for 2.75 million and a 4 bedroom duplex closed for 1.1 million both on Shasta Place. If you are interested in this neighborhood I have a lot listed on the corner of Shasta and Gore Creek Drive. The lot is .26 acres and is completely flat.
