The Pembroke area of Danbury is a sought after area. Located in the north central area of Danbury along the New Fairfield line, there is a mix of raised ranches for the 1960s, well kept luxury homes, modest cottages & three well placed condo & townhome developments. The Southeast New York train station is 15 minutes away. The connection onto Route 7 South is 8 minutes away, and I would estimate it would be 12 minutes to hook up with I-684.
