The Pembroke area of Danbury is a sought after area. The Southeast New York train station is 15 minutes away. The connection onto Route 7 South is 8 minutes away, and I would estimate it would be 12 minutes to hook up with I-684.

School Information- The Pembroke area is part of the Danbury Public School system. The neighborhood is zoned for Pembroke elementary school, Broadview Middle School and Danbury High School.  Visit the school district’s website and you can find reviews online.

Home Styles:The Pembroke area has a variety of properties.  Stetson Place is one of Danbury’s newest upscale townhome developments with unique floor plans with amenities including a heated pool. Lakewood condos has 1 & 2 level styled units with affordable prices & low common charges. Spring Ridge is a small cluster of free standing 4 bedroom colonials maintained like condos. In addition, Huntington Farms subdivision is a smaller luxury home community with finely appointed homes on about 1 acre lots. Margerie Manor has converted cottages on small lots.The remainder of the neighborhood is mostly quiet streets with 1300-1600 square foot 3 bedroom  bilevel & ranch style homes sitting on average 1/2 acre lots.  

Home Prices-Condos in the Pembroke area start in the mid $100,000s up to the high $400,000s for a unit in the Spring Ridge community. Detached single family homes start low $200,000s up in Margerie Manor, with most homes in the low $300,000s with prices in the Pembroke area capping out around $625,000.
