The Rivington community sits on 321 prime acres on the west side of Danbury in between exit 1 & 2 on I-84. There were initially plans for 3 different neighborhood: The Hills, Encore Rivington & the Village. However, only part of the Hills community was completed because of the housing market troubles in other of the developer's communities in other parts of the country.
