Only 20 minutes north east of Danbury is the desired south eastern New Milford. This  region offers two pastoral subdivisions, Pleasant View Estates & Meadowbrook. Meadowbrook sits right off of 2nd Hill & Old Ridge Road, along the New Milford/Bridgewater town line. Pleasant View estates is further up the hill,and it acccessed either off of Dorwin Hill Road.  Homes in this fine community where built between 1980-2008, which a majority of the construction between 1985-1988Sales between $330,000-$450,000. Home sizes range from 1800-7600 square feet, with the bread & butter being 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2500 square feet with a 2 car attached gararge.

Completed between 1997 & 2001, the Haldine Estates subdivision in Southern New Milford, this community of 50 homes offers a quiet enviroment only minutes to the historic New Milford village center and is a great area for commuting south into Danbury & lower Fairfield County.

 

The community was devolped by two of New Milford’s largest builders.
