Newtown, CT does offer a number of subdivisions near the highway. Two fairly recently built communities are the Newtown Chase & Newtown Hunt developments. Both were built by Toll Brothers and are only two minutes away from exit 9 on I-84 as well as offer a great lower Fairfield County commute via Route 25.
The Newtown Chase community is located along Whitewood & Middleton Road, just off of Mt Pleasant Road. There are 34 homes in this neighborhood built between 1996-2001.
