Salisbury Winter Sports Association (SWSA) Jumpfest in Litchfield County this weekend!

Looking for something to do this weekend in beautiful Litchfield County? How about ski jumping? OK, so you might not be up for it yourself, but you can certainly go and watch! Salisbury Winter Sports Association is having their Jumpfest Weekend in Salsibury CT. $10 per person per day, and children under 12 are free!

And tonight, warm up with the Snow Ball Dance and silent auction at The Wake Robin Inn, Lakeville, CT. The price of admission for the Snow Ball Dance is $12 per person (kids under 12 are free), there will be Mizza's Pizza for sale and three cash bars. Sounds like a great way to warm up after watching all those spectacular jumpers on the slopes!

If you can't make it today (Saturday), Sunday Feb 13th starts with a pancake breakfast sponsored by the Salisbury Volunteer Ambulance Service at their headquarters on Rt. 45 in Salisbury, across from the White Hart Inn. We all know that in addition to being the best firefighters, firemen are awesome cooks! The breakfast runs from 7:30 -11:30 am. $6 for adults, children 12 and under $4.

Competition resumes on Sunday, Feb 13th at 1pm as SWSA hosts the U.S. Ski Jumping Championships.
