After 9 months, 205 Single Family Homes have been sold in Trumbull. This makes the Trumbull market one of the hottest around - trailing last year by only 6%. We are still 31% behind 2007 when 297 Homes sold in this period.

The Average Selling Price is $405,950. This shows a decline of 13% from last year and 23% from the 2007 Selling Price of $524,515.

Good News! Trumbull is the best performing town in the area. From January 1st to July 31st, 144 Single Family homes sold. This represents a decline of 15% from last year's 169 homes for the same period. This year is off 34% from the 219 homes that sold in 2007. However, with most area towns trailing last year by 25% to 35%, the Trumbull Real Estate market is down the least and that makes it Number 1.

The Average Selling Price for the first seven months of the year comes in at $403,186. This price is down 15% from the prior year. This seems to be in line with most surrounding towns.
