Beautiful Wilton Crest - In Town Condominium Complex in Wilton, CT 06897

The Wilton Crest condominiums are located in the center of Wilton, on River Road, a short walk from all of the great amenities that Wilton has to offer. There are sidewalks all the way to town (¼ mile) for easy access to the library, movies, banks, train, market, restaurants, shops, and parks. Enjoy a safe walk along picturesque River Road!

Wilton Crest has 109 units in all, ranging from studios to 3 bedroom units. The square footage ranges from 530 square feet in the studios to 1,782 for the three bedroom units. The complex was built in 1989 with nice bluish grey wood siding, forced air heat and air conditioning.

Wilton Crest is a well maintained, beautifully landscaped complex that is located close to town. A pond is located in the center of the Wilton Crest Condominium complex, and all of the surrounding condos have decks overlooking the water and the nature that abounds therein. The landscaping is beautifully maintained, and everything is weeded and mulched at all times.

Each unit in Wilton Crest has a balcony or several deck areas attached, usually very private. In addition to the exterior decks, all of the two and three bedroom units have interior decks which are completely private. A few units have both decks in total privacy, but that is not the norm.

Most of the units in Wilton Crest have a garage. Some of the three bedroom condominiums have 2 car garages that are attached to the lower level. Some of the two bedroom units have a single garage also attached to the lower level. Units with detached garages have a great deal more space in the lower level. The detached garage is never very far away.

The exteriors of the units were recently all power washed and stained, and the driveways and parking areas were repaved. In addition they also put a new coat of stain on all of the steps and entrance decks to each unit. This is a well-maintained complex.

Wilton Crest condominium complex even boasts a pool and tennis court for the residents!

Wilton is very lucky to have such fabulous condos to boast about in town!

I do find it interesting that Wilton's sales were hardly lagging after the vicious fall weather we had this year. The power outages and huge snow damage in the end of October into the beginning of November caused buyers to stay away, and sellers to pull their homes off the market in all of the surrounding towns. This should hopefully be a huge spring market for Wilton!

Built in 1973, there are 74 units in this highly sought after and well managed complex in Village Walk Condos in Wilton, Ct. They have great square footage, most units are updated, and the majority has garages and extra parking. The 1 bedroom units usually have 1 bath, range from 700-900 square feet, and include a garage (attached or detached) plus a reserved parking spot.

The 2 bedroom units have 2 baths, range from 1,100 - 1,300 square feet, include an attached garage, and usually extra storage in the basement. There are also studio condos with 500 square feet.

If you drive straight out of the exit across the way, Sharp Hill Road takes you toward Weston.

Orems Diner, the oldest restaurant in town, sits a short 1/8 mile south on Route 7. Orems Diner sponsored the town's baseball teams - adult and youth - years and years ago, and still does today.

There are so many amenities for home buyers - shops, movie theatres, fabulous restaurants, markets, coffee shops, etc. all within a quick walk! If you do not own a car, this complex is especially for you!

Home values have always held fairly well here at Village Walk Condominiums, because the demand stays pretty strong for these desirable units due to their close proximity to the town shops and the train.
