Okay I am sorry I got a little carried away. Forgot that this should be a scene in one of my spec scripts that is currently in the works not for this Adams Morgan DC Real Estate Market. But one thing that is on fire is the Adams Morgan DC Real Estate Market Report for August 2011.

DC Real Estate Market is stable. It is in the numbers. This Adams Morgan DC Real Estate Market Report will show that. 66 Adams Morgan DC Attached homes for sale SOLD in August 2011. That is up 4.76% more than August 2010 when 63 Adams Morgan DC Attached homes for sale SOLD in August 2011. Average home price of a Adams Morgan DC Sold home was $548,844. That is only 3.24% less than what the average Adams Morgan DC home sold for last year which was $567,324.

Average days of a Adams Morgan DC home for sale on the market was only 36 days. That is better than last year when it was 44 days.
