About Washington's Mt Vernon Square

I have heard many rumors and people talking about plumbing problems at the huge, new, City Vista complex in Mt Vernon Square. These buildings are a combination of retail, condos and apartments.

In this complex is also the gym that I go to (granted, not as often as I should).

Several times the Results Gym has had water leaks from various plumbing issues coming from the residential space above them. Well last week; the water issues were much more than a a few leaks.

When they went to open the gym; water was pouring out the front door (and the gym is on the 2nd floor!).

It seems a main water pipe was not properly secured during construction and flooded a huge portion of the gym and I am sure several other spaces in the building.

Hopefully they get all of these "issues" worked out soon!
