Harrington ERA Realty's Tom Davis helps buyers and Sellers

FREE Delaware Homes Search!, $$ Save $$ Find Homes! Delaware Realtor Tom Davis: Real Estate Agent in Dover, DE

Harrington ERA Realty real estate agent Tom Davis sheds light on buying and selling homes at Harrington ERA Realty. When you need a DE REALTOR ® Tom Davis is focused on your needs.

Harrington ERA Realty understands that one of the biggest problems with the internet is that it lacks organization. The information superhighway has no speed limits and persistence of trial and error can become frustrating for you online. When you work with Harrington ERA Realty's Tom Davis, he helps minimize your frustration you face when searching online for homes to buy or how to sell your home the right way.

You could spend hours sitting at the computer but to avoid this it would be much easier to go straight to the source of information to get the homes you need or information you need to sell a home. Tom Davis has FREE REPORTS to make your life easier. Who has 16 hours to search online? I know you don't so just send me an email at my contact page on www.DelawareRealtor.biz and I will send you the information you need!

If you would like just call me at: (302) 398-3757 and schedule a time to meet with me to discuss your real estate needs. My Motto is: "Think Of Yourself As A Client!" I work hard to provide the level of customer service that you come to expect from a REALTOR ® at Harrington ERA Realty.

One thing to keep in mind when selling your home... Homes are slaves to the values of homes around them! Home values in your neighborhood help determine your price. Buyers who buy similar homes like yours also help determine the price that your home will sell for. If you would like to discuss selling your home, please let me know as I provide a FREE VIDEO that shows you exactly how I sell your home fast!

A home is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it and what a seller is willing to sell it for. If a seller is too high in their asking price then the home will most likely "Expire" and "Not Sell". Tom Davis works hard to make sure your home does not "Expire" by setting your expectations upfront and being honest and realistic with you right off the bat. If Tom Davis feels your "Priced too high" than you will know and Tom Davis will show you comparable properties in the area that compare to your home and recently sold!

With the information we provide here at Harrington ERA Realty we know we can help you get that home sold! If you work with me and work hard to improve your home appeal condition, price, then Tom Davis will be sure he does the rest...THE MARKETING! You need a great marketer and Tom Davis has many tools he cannot wait to tell you about so be sure to give him a call or ask for his "FREE REPORT on selling your home!"

If your buying a home, Harrington ERA Realty real estate agent Tom Davis says to drive around different neighborhoods to get a feel for the areas and this will help you determine the place you want to live. One cool tool if you don't have a GPS in your car then you can use a FREE MAP service like: www.MapQuest.com or www.YahooMaps.com to help you get to your destination quicker. Feel free to pack some snacks for a days drive in and around town. Sunday is a great day to tour homes at Harrington ERA Realty since we have many OPEN HOUSES that you may tour! If you are interested you may call me for a list of Open Houses we have on Sunday! Most Sunday Open Houses here at Harrington ERA Realty are from 1PM to 4PM and sometimes on Saturdays too!

Harrington ERA Realty hopes that you take a moment to prepare yourself since this is one of the biggest investments of your life! Be sure to type in the names of different Delaware Cities that your researching to get a feel for the area and when your ready...Tour it! Once your comfortable with a certain area be sure to call me and discuss your moving needs! (302) 398-3757.

It is important to get a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) done on the home your looking to buy or sell. Tom Davis at Harrington ERA Realty will ensure that the home's value is in comparison with other similar homes in that subdivision or area. Before a buyer writes any offer , a (CMA) is done to ensure the home is priced fairly and to help with structuring the offering price.

If you need any help just remember you don't have to spend all day typing into your computer! Tom Davis at Harrington ERA Realty is ready here to assist you with all of your Delaware Real Estate needs!

Take me out to the ball game in TWO PLACES!! [[ Kent County, Delaware ]]

Kayla Pearce - Real Estate Agent, Milford Delaware: Real Estate Agent in Milford, DE

If there is one thing that comes close to the love I have for my incredible boyfriend or my amazing puppy dog... its BASEBALL!!!

Being in Delaware has turned out to be PERFECT for my love of the game. Not only am I close to one Stadium, but I am actually close to two baseball stadiums!!!! Whats even better is that they both play the Red Sox in regular season games, so I get to see them more often than not!!!!

  • Oriole Park in Camden Yards, Baltimore Md, Home of the Baltimore Orioles - Location is about 1 hour 30 minutes from Central Delaware. In my opinion this is a great park, I love that there are other things to do, and its not a bad drive. Besides Baseball, this area offers The Inner Harbor, National Aquarium in Baltimore, Babe Ruth Museum, lots of places to eat like the Hard Rock Cafe or The Cheesecake Factory. To find out more things to do, check out this Baltimore Maryland web site!

Citizens Bank Park

  • Citizens Bank Park, Philedelphia Pa, Home of the Philadelphia Phillies- Location is about 1 hour 20 minutes from Central Delaware. This park has some amazing views & is very easy to get to. Located within the park there are Phun zones created for Children, Philly Phanatic stores, & even a chance to "Make Your Own Phanatic" using the Build-a-Bear workshop! Click here more information on Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia!

Being a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox (grew up in Maine with a Family of die hard fans), being close to these two stadiums has turned out to be quite an awesome deal. I get to see the Red Sox play two "local" teams! Also, if I feel up for the drive, I can actually go cheer them on when they play those darned Yankees in New York! That drive is only about 3 hours!!!!

So if your thinking about moving to Delaware, & your a big baseball fan, you can rest easy tonight-- because two awesome stadiums are just a short drive away!!! ;)
