The Waterways Marina is located at NE 207th Street at The Intracoastal Waterway. Aventura-Waterways Marina offers 99 wet slips and a Main Dock which can accommodate vessels up to 160 feet. There are 38 slips at 55 feet, 27 slips at 75 feet, 24 slips at 90 feet and 10 slips at 120 feet. At the channel entrance the depth is 35 feet, in the Marina basin the depth is 25 feet and at finger dock the depth is 8 feet and at low tide 6 feet. The Waterways Marina is the ideal place to dock your vessel; with shops, restaurants and market within walking distance and quick, convenient easy ocean access at Bakers Haulover Inlet.

MARINA FAQ's

What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
At the channel entrance the depth is 35 feet, in the Marina basin the depth is 25 feet and at finger dock the depth is 8 feet and at low tide 6 feet.

How do I get to Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Aventura?
You can access Loggerhead Club & Marina by mile marker 1075.2 on the Intracoastal Waterway. The inlet channel is 4 miles north of Bakers Haulover Inlet and 1 mile south of the Hallandale Beach Bridge. To reach The Waterways Marina by land: from I-95, get off at Ives Dairy Road, heading east to Biscayne Boulevard [US-1], turn left (north) to 207th Street turning right . Marina is on the left side in the Waterways Shops, just past Bally’s Total Fitness.

Are there any fixed bridges in the area and if so, what is the height limit?
There are no fixed bridges traveling north to Port Everglades. Traveling south, there is a fixed bridge at the William Lehman Causeway [65’], Baker’s Haulover Inlet [32’] and the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami [52’].

MARINA AMENITIES

The Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Aventura marina offers many amenities including the following:

UTILITY PEDESTALS
Utility pedestals installed at each slip include metered electricity with choices of 30, 50 and 100 amp rating standard outlets. Telephone and cable TV connections are pre-wired at every slip. Basic cable service is included as a part of your utility billing and phone service may be arranged through Bell South. Water outlets offer clean and sanitary city water.

MAIL DELIVERY
Mail delivery accepted and fax service is available at the marina office. Package delivery from UPS, Federal Express and Airborne Express also accepted and outgoing packages may be shipped through Airborne.

VALET SHUTTLE SERVICE
Valet Shuttle service is provided from the main parking area to any slip throughout the marina.

RESTAURANTS
Restaurants and shops are located in the International Shoppes, situated on the southwest corner of the marina. Groceries, clothing, art and other items may be purchased at the many various stores.

SANITARY PUMP
Sanitary pump out service is available at your slip. Please contact the marina office for scheduling.
