Nothing beats the sea, sun, and fresh food.

The Cape Coral Yacht Club is the real deal for boaters who want gulf access canals, want to be very close to the Gulf of Mexico and not have to meander for over an hour before hitting the Bay of the Caloosahatchee river and the gulf.

A large majority of the homes were built in the 60’s to 80’s and it is exciting to see a large number of the properties being remodeled or transformed. I have always found that the old mixed with the new is an appealing Real Estate quality.

You will also find newer homes there and there specially along the Nautilus drive. It is a perfect time to purchase a home in the Cape Coral Yacht Club, before to many of these great deals are taken away and to many are updated. I would call it the perfect Real Estate storm.

Depending if you need “direct access” or gulf access with bridges or be on the bay, prices start in the high $100,000 ( not many at these prices!) to quite a few “deals” in the $200’s to over one million dollars.

Located at the very bottom southern tip of Cape Coral , the Yacht Club area is where it all started around 1958.
