Situated in the Northeastern area of Pinellas County, Countryside is convenient to St. Petersburg as well as Tampa, yet only minutes away from
some of the area's beautiful Gulf Beaches and world famous Honeymoon Island.

Countryside was developed by US Homes in the mid to late 1970's. Most homes were built by the mid 1980's. Their timeless design and floor plans have stood the test of time and most have had updates and remodels. Single Family Homes, Condo Complexes and Villas dot the area. There are several 55 plus complexes such as the one pictured to the right.

 Countryside Country Club's private 27 hole  Championship golf course runs throughout the community. Homes, villas, and condos are available on the resale market. Many are located on the course.  Established landscape make this a very  attractive area. There are several community parks with playgrounds and basket ball courts. 

  

 Close by Countryside Mall is one of the county's premier malls. I love the indoor ice skating rink as well.  Add fine dining, Ruth Eckerd Hall for the Performing Arts,a Community Recreation  Center(with activities and classes), Library and you will know why this is a very popular area with all ages and lifestyles!
